Some of our interesting technical challenges

Orchestrate the deployment and self-training of thousands of models finetuned on customer data
Define benchmarks and create an MLOps flow that analyses models and ensures model quality
Review code and work in a high-quality product focused team
Apply the capabilities of modern NLP while remaining scalable and ensuring data quality

Required

2 years of real-life ML experience
Proficiency in Python
Experience in applying machine learning models to solve real-world problems
Proficient written and verbal English skills
A learning mentality and willingness to take on technical challenges

Preferred

Experience in cloud native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in model optimisation (quantisation, sparsity, …)
Experience in MLOps

Front-end Engineer

Create compelling and clear user experiences for process automation

Required:

3 years of professional frontend experience
Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS
Proficiency in React
Proficiency in design and styling with Tailwind or equivalent
Deep knowledge of HTTP-based API consumption
Proficiency in written and verbal English skills
A learning mentality and willingness to take on technical challenges

Preferred:

Experience in data visualisation
Experience in frontend end-to-end testing
Experience in Python and backend API development

Our mission is to shape the industry standard of processing and classifying human communication using AI technologies, providing a unique user experience in navigating conversational data at scale. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, and will help to guide them through their product evaluation and implementation journey.

What you’ll be doing

Act as a product expert and trusted advisor, externally and internally
Customize and deliver value-centric product demos
Drive customer onboarding and assist in configuring the Tekst platform
Build and maintain customer-facing technical collateral and training materials

What skills and experience do you need?

2-4 years of solutions engineering experience required
Strong written and verbal skills
Proven success in partnering with sales and CS teams, preferably in an enterprise SaaS capacity
A learning mentality and willingness to take on technical challenges
